Hard Disks Options for ACL’s OR-PCs

ACL’s OR-PCs (excluding the TC versions) have a 80 GB S-ATA hard disc as standard equipment to give you the memory space you need for your data. We offer the following capacities for larger quantities of data:  

 
• 120 GB
• 160 GB
• 200 GB

All the models mentioned above were not only engineered for the extended temperature range from -5-+85°C, but also approved for 24/7 permanent operation. That means there is nothing standing in the way of using our OR-PC as a bedside terminal in an intensive care ward.

Another option might include a second hard disk in the system for activating RAID0 (stripe set for boosting speed) or  RAID1 (mirroring for more data security) with the built-in RAID controller.

Don't forget that ACL’s OR-PCs can also be equipped with state-of-the-art SSD (solid state disc) for eliminating rotating components in the system and keeping your ACL OR-PC entirely noiseless at 0dB.
