All assembly and final checks are done at ACL to guarantee the high level of production quality.

Our component part and subassembly suppliers are quality assurance audited at regular intervals.

Assembly is conducted in a closed ESD protective zone with state-of-the-art ESD workstation equipment. The special environment for assembly consists of grounded floor covering, ESD-compatible assembly stations, working materials and employees’ complete sets of ESD clothing.

A frequent scenario is that electrostatic discharge in production causes damage to electronic components that is only discovered somewhere further on as an “inexplicable” failure. That’s no problem with ACL’s OR-PCs.
